February 8, 2011 - Family Night - Tonight at Haden's school was family night. The kids invited their families to school to showcase all they do during the day. Haden was so excited to have us come into his classroom and show us all the fun stuff that he does. We played Jeopardy and Haden won because he already knew all the answers.

During family night, the Scholastic book fair was also going on. Of course the kids had already previewed all the books, so it was a perfect time to sucker the parents into buying the books they liked.

Haden got a 3-D book about sharks and a Harry Potter book and Hadley got a Tinkerbell book.

Haden's favorite part of the night was showing us all the cool stuff he does during PE. He loves climbing the rock wall but his favorite thing to do is...

...hula hoop!!! It was so funny to watch him shimmy those hips. I love how he uses his tongue to keep that hula spinning. We had to hurry off to basketball practice, but we had a great time seeing all the things Haden does at school. We are so blessed that Haden attends a wonderful school with such a caring, nurturing staff.
