May 12, 2009 - Regions Charity Golf Tournament - Today, David played in the ProAm for the Regions Golf Tourney at Ross Bridge. He had a super early tee time of 7:09 and of course we wanted go watch him play. The only problem was it was raining and somewhat cool. We wanted until around 9:15 and then went out to watch him. It took us a while to find his group because they were way behind schedule due to the rain and some slow groups. Haden was super excited and even got a golf ball from one of the pros.
We finally caught up with Dad and his group and were ready to watch him play.
Haden got to ride in the golf cart with Dad for one hole. He thought it was great to get to ride and be with his Dad. Hadley was quite jealous and pitched a little Hadley fit, so we had to walk away for a while so as not to disturb the golfers. Screaming babies and golf (Hush Y'all) do not mix.
David won a gift card to spend in the Nike shop at the tournament and he bought Haden his first set of golf clubs. I cannot even tell you how excited he was. They are Tiger Woods brand that include a bag, a driver, a putter, 2 wedges and a pack of balls. Way cool!!!
Cannot get enough of this picture. This is my precious Haden growing up right before my eyes. I love him so much!!!
