July 2011 - Beach Trip - This year we took a beach trip with the whole family to the Seacrest/Rosemary Beach area of Florida. We had THE BEST TIME!
It was quite hot, but we had beautiful weather for the most part and made lots of wonderful memories. Thanks to Mom and Dad for renting such an awesome place to stay. It was just the right size and was in such a convienent location. We can't thank you enough!! I took tons of pictures, so this is a very long post! ;-)
The kids had such a great time! They were so good and had lots of fun together! Thanks to Grammy for buying these fun beach straws and plates. The kids loved using them!
Yummy beach drinks!
Cheers!
This was our friend, Mr. Cheez-it Squirrel. He sat in the tree right outside of our house and loved to eat our left over Cheez-its! The kids loved feeding him!
Our house was so convenient to everything and the kids could ride their bikes everywhere. Hadley loved following the boys on their scooters!
Cheese!
Haden and Carson were like 2 peas in a pod. They did everything together! They loved to race on their scooters and scoot along the sidewalks.
We celebrated Jeremy's birthday while we were here. Of course the kids had to blow out his candles. Happy Birthday Jeremy!
This year, the kids had a great time at the beach. They did not mind the sand and Haden was not afraid of the ocean. He got right on in and had a great time!
Hadley was all smiles at the beach as well!
Playing in the sand!
Baby Cooper has the right idea! Taking a nap on the beach with his own personal fan.

After swimming all day and all night, the kids worked up an amazing appetite. They each had lots of lunch, dinner, snacks and 3 bowls of cereal before bed. Hungry kids!
The kids loved playing in the water fountain at Rosemary beach.
Cooling off in the fountain!
A fun game of chase.
Thanks to the local fire department and Rosemary Beach for having such fun activities for the kids. Today, they had a slip and slide set up on the lawn for the kids to play on. Our kids had a BLAST! Hadley used this alligator to slide on. She loved it!
Haden thought this was the coolest thing ever. He did not want it to end!
Cheese!
Slippin and Sliding!
Me and my sweet hubby!
Princess Hadley
Red Sox Haden
Growing up as a child we went to Panama City every summer and had the best times! My favorite memories are swimming all day long and eating lots of Cheez-its, watching the NBA finals because my Dad loved the Boston Celtics taking on the Lakers, playing skeeball, catching crabs, building sandcastles, watching my parents eat tons of raw oysters and of course eating at Angelo's Steak Pit!
We love eating here and the ribs and barbeque sauce are the best ever!
This place is a family tradition!
Thanks again to my family for a wonderful trip. I hope we get to do this every summer! I love all the memories we are making!
