May 3, 2009 - It's Shark Time - Haden has been wanting to have a campout, but with all the rainy weather that just pops up, he settled for one in the den. He only asked David to sleep with him during the campout (thank goodness) because it is only for boys. Haden had his Star Wars sleeping bag, while David slept in the Cars bag.

Cyrus also wanted to campout with them, but Haden said he did not have a sleeping bag for cats :)

It is time to go to bed and David cannot get comfortable.

Finally - the shark tent is all zipped up - Good night, sleep tight and don't let the shark teeth bite.

PS- About 2am, I checked on them and David was sleeping on the couch. He said his back could not tolerate the hardwood floors, but wanted to be close by in case Haden woke up looking for him. Haden on the other hand slept soundly, only to be woken up by Hadley crawling in the tent around 8am. Haden said the campout was "fantastic!"
