May 31, 2012 - Family Time - Today, David had a break in his schedule and was able to spend some family time with us. The kids were so excited to have Dad in the pool because "he plays more fun games with us and can throw us up higher than mom." Ha! Fine with me! I get to actually sit on the lounge chair for a quick minute ;-)

All that swimming makes us hungry, so we took a break and went to Baytown to eat. 

The kids loved watching people fish and seeing all the big boats.

David had an afternoon meeting, so I took the kids to the beach.  It was sooo crowded.  We found a tiny little spot near the water and the kids had fun building sand castles. 

She is so funny!  Watch out waves, you can't knock me down!

No day at the beach is complete without some ice cream.  We have had a great day and birthday cake and bubble gum ice cream make it even better.  Love the memories we make!  Now back to Birmingham to celebrate Hadley's birthday!
