September 23, 2009 - Nursery Rhyme Party - Today at Haden's school, the kindergarten classes put on a nursery rhyme play. All the classes sang individual songs. Haden's class sang an upbeat version of 1,2 Buckle my shoe. The kids could choose to be any nursery rhyme character. Haden chose to be the cow who jumped over the moon. The costumes were to be mostly handmade with little cost. So, we found the cow mask at Michael's and we cut a moon out of yellow poster board. Not very fancy, but it did it's job for the party.
My cute cow!!

All the little boys I hear about each and every day!

Hadley enjoying the music and people watching.

We had a great time and look forward to many more school plays and activities in the future.
